Donna Summer's co-producer (along with Peter Bellotte) also handled the music on this soundtrack to the drama starring Brad Davis and Randy Quaid. Given the strong production, this should earn dance floor acceptance. Best cuts: "Chase," "The Wheel."

Summary:
Billy Hayes is caught attempting to smuggle drugs out of Turkey. The Turkish courts decide to make an example of him, sentencing him to more than 20 years in prison.
